IT Training
We can provide training on the following software packages: - Macromedia Dreamweaver On-site Training: £35.00 per hour |
Technical Support If you are having technical difficulties, we would initially recommend that you contact us with a description of the problem you are having... We have dealt with many IT issues and may well be able to talk you through the problem without the need to call out to your home or business premises. If this does not resolve the issue, we would then suggest that our engineer calls out to your business/home to further investigate the problem and, if the issue cannot be resolved on-site, return your hardware and/or software to our workshop for testing and repair, as required. Depending on the problem, location and time involved a standard local call out and repair (within 1 hour) would be charged at £35.00. Each additional hour required would be charged at £7.50 per hour, or part thereof. Please call us first though, as our prices vary depending on the complexity of the problem and, of course, your location. If the problem cannot be resolved on-site and the PC needs to be uplifted to our workshop, our price would increase to £47.50 (for call out, pick-up and repair within 1 hour), plus £7.50* per hour (or part thereof) for additional time required in the workshop. * Spare parts would be charged in addition to the above fees.
